try the following solution (worked for me) if the problem is not related to wdf01000.sys/wdfldr.sys:

1.Click Start, click Run, type cmd, and then click OK.
2.At the command prompt, type the following commands, and then press ENTER after each line:
net stop cryptsvc
ren %systemroot%\System32\Catroot2 oldcatroot2
net start cryptsvc
exit

there are no such files on my computer!
But still whenever i try installing my blackberry the following error appears:
An error occurred while copying file wdfldr.sys
Cannot file to destination directory.

My device can be used as a pendrive where you can copy and paste files on it but it cannot be synced with the desktop manager.
could anybody please help me!
